I got a huge back piece. For the first 2 or so hours I felt vibration NO pain at all. It was fantastic. Leave on for at least an hour wrapped to make it work. After it didn't hurt worse than normal. shipping was fast. I recommend especially if its a 9 hour tattoo session so you can sit longer
i had wrapped my arm up at 2, and he didnt start until 6:20, and was done by 7:15 it lasted the WHOLE time ! i didnt feel anything until the very end with white highlights!! plus my pain tolerance is VERY LOW! so i advise everyone to get this asap!!!. keep wrapped for atleast 2hours!!!

It works incredibly well. As long as you follow the instructions, you won't feel any pain for at least the first three hours, and there’s no extra pain once the effect wears off. I’ve used a different numbing cream before; while it worked at the time, the pain became almost unbearable once it wore off. I’ve had plenty of tattoos done without any numbing agents in the past, but for this large-scale cover-up, I really needed some help. This cream is excellent.
